NEW Thomas’s Trail

Follow the trail through the woods to discover 14 illustrated animal discs celebrating the Animals of Buxton: Past & Present, from prehistoric creatures to wildlife you might spot today!

Pick up your Thomas’s Trail Booklet from Poole’s Cavern Visitor Centre and follow the woodland route to discover:

  • 13 illustrated animal discs suspended from trees with a 14th bonus disc to find if you wish!
  • Prehistoric animals that may have once roamed Buxton
  • Wildlife that could be found in the woodlands today
  • Artwork by local illustrator Bethany Pearson (Inkshroom)
  • Trail Reward

Complete the trail and receive a Thomas’s Trail sticker from the Poole’s Cavern Visitor Centre. A fun reward for young explorers!
