Buxton Brewery

Buxton Brewery are pioneers in the UK craft beer movement. Since 2009, the brewery has been producing beers designed to delight the senses and enthral the drinker. Staffordshire Cheese Co

The Staffordshire Cheese Company was founded in 1994 by John Knox, who had a dream of re-establishing the long-lost art of cheese-making in Staffordshire. After much research and hard work, he began to experiment in a 500 sq. foot unit.

His first cheese, Archie’s Choice (now called “Cheddleton Original”) won first prize in its category at Bakewell show in 1998. Much encouraged, he moved to a 2500 sq. foot factory in Cheddleton and was soon producing 10 different cheeses, all of which proved exceptionally popular.

Giving rise to the hauntingly beautiful submerged remains occasionally revealed during periods of low water. English Wine Project

Founded in 2011 by Kieron Atkinson, who left the British Army after nine years’ active service to start a new career in English wine; the English Wine Project supports and champions English and Welsh wine to help improve the quality of its production across the U.K Kieron completed the only UK wine production course and became Technical Advisor for the UK branch of the Rothschilds. By June 2011 Kieron had taken over the historic vineyard at Renishaw Hall in north Derbyshire, where he looks after the site and produces multiple award-winning wines, conducts wine tours and oversees the development of the wine product to bring it to today’s widening market.
