As part of a VisitEngland, LVEP wide data project we’re delighted to launch our new visitor survey. The survey will run continually through the year and quarterly results will be posted here to give you valuable insights into the visitor experience.
What’s more the data will be shared with VisitEngland allowing us to benchmark our destination against other destinations across England.
Visitor surveys provide valuable insights into the experiences, preferences, and needs of our visitors. By collecting direct feedback, we can identify areas of strength and areas that need improvement. This information helps enhance the overall visitor experience, tailor services to meet specific expectations, and make informed decisions regarding resources, policies, and future planning.
