Bonsall World Championship Hen Racing
The Barley Mow pub carpark is the setting for Bonsall’s annual competition; hens must race over a thirty-foot course in heats which culminate in a grand final.

Let’s go hen racing…..!! … only ‘champion of champions’ this year… sort of like the Hunger Games Quarter Quell, but without the bad bits… but our pedigree racers are for hire We also have an all top notch BBQ, beer festival, featuring loads of different Thornbridge Cask & Keg. Live music from Manchester based psychedelic ska punk pirates ‘The Galivantes’ and other fun stuff. Tv crews, etc etc. It’s a free, fun, family friendly day!
