Join us at Kedleston Hall as we celebrate of the Derby book festival (30 May - 5 June 2024) and the anniversary of the opening of our permanent second-hand bookshop. Kedleston will be hosting a range of free book themed activities over the summer half term (admission charges apply).
Between 11am and 3pm on the 25th and 26th May, children can be inspired by meeting Derbyshire author Wendy Garvey. She will be reading her books to the visitors as well as offering book sales, signed books and photos. Free accompanying activities will be available for children to do too.
