Planning a 'green' break to the Peak District and Derbyshire has never been easier. Britain's original National Park is the perfect place to enjoy slow travel, where you sit back, relax and soak up the views whilst you explore by foot, bike, bus or train.

Green transport, including an excellent local network of buses and trains, is at the heart of a visit to the Peak District and Derbyshire, and there are lots of eco-friendly activities to enjoy in the area: including cycle routes, ebiking experiences, and walking trails.

Being green doesn’t have to mean giving up luxury and comforts either. If you truly want to connect to nature and sleep under stars with all the amenities of your home, then glamping is the perfect way to travel green.
