Tucked away on our family farm between Ashbourne and Bakewell, our adult-only glamping pods and vintage gypsy caravan offer a proper countryside break without the hassle of camping.

Wake up to rolling Derbyshire hills outside your door, enjoy walks and cycle trails straight from the farm, then return to your cosy space for a relaxing evening under the stars.

Whether you choose one of our eco glamping pods or Rosehip, our beautifully restored gypsy caravan, everything is designed to help you slow down and enjoy some peace and quiet.

Your stay

Our two en-suite glamping pods, Skylark and Swallow, are warm, comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Forget sleeping bags and midnight walks to the toilet. Each pod has a king-size sofa bed, private shower room, heating, WiFi, well equipped kitchenette and best of al outdoor seating with beautiful views across the Peak District countryside.

Fresh homemade bread, local goodies and thoughtful little extras help your stay feel easy from the moment you arrive.

Outside, you can cook over the firepit, watch the sunset with a drink in hand, or simply listen to the sounds of the countryside. There are walks from the door, dog-friendly pubs nearby, and direct access to the High Peak Trail for walking and cycling adventures.

Skylark also has its own secluded outdoor bath area for long soaks beneath the Derbyshire skies, surrounded by nature and birdsong

If you fancy an extra treat during your stay, you can book our log-fired hot tub, Swedish barrel sauna, spa treatments or pizza oven experience.

Looking for something a little different?

Rosehip, our traditional bow-top gypsy caravan, is a romantic hideaway for two with a real sense of character. Hidden away in a peaceful corner of the farmyard, it combines vintage charm with cosy comforts, stunning farm views, evenings around the firepit and cooking alfresco.

There is a luxury underfloor heated shower room just a few yards away for your private use, as well as fridge, kettle and microwave.

Cycling and walking

With quiet country lanes, traffic-free trails and beautiful Peak District scenery all around, it’s easy to explore straight from the farmyard at your own pace.

Walk straight onto the High Peak Trail, head out for a pub walk through the hills, or spend the day discovering pretty villages, limestone dales and wide open views.

Bring your own bikes and store them safely in our secure cycle shed, borrow one of our adult mountain bikes for free, or hire an electric bike if you’d like a little help on the climbs.

We provide OS maps and our own favourite local routes, including a walk to a nearby country pub and a hike up to Minninglow for panoramic views across the Derbyshire countryside.
