About Emma Bridgewater Factory Tour
Factory Tour: Meet the jigger, jollier, fettlers, casters and decorators who’s traditional skills and craftsmanship go into creating every beautiful piece of handmade and hand decorated Emma Bridgewater pottery.
- Available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - 10am
- £10 per ticket
- Tour lasts 1 hour
- Suitable for children aged 5 and over only (we’re sorry but for health and safety reasons, the tour is not suitable for babes-in-arms, slings, carriers or pushchairs)
- Wheelchair accessible – due to the layout of our Victorian Factory we can welcome one wheelchair user per tour. Read more about access information.
- Maximum of 10 people per tour for health & safety reasons.
- If the date you are interested in is “greyed-out” this means that date is fully booked so please select an alternative.
- Available weekdays only (manufacturing closed at weekends).
- Factory Tours on Wednesdays are available to schools and educational groups only. To make a booking please email bookings@emmabridgewater.co.uk
- We are pleased to offer a free carer ticket for any customer requiring a companion to enable them to visit us. Carers tickets can be booked by emailing bookings@emmabridgewater.co.uk. To ensure your Carers Ticket is allocated, please email us at the time of booking your tickets. Read our Help Article for full details.
- Please note that any bookings required within 24 hours of ordering must be placed before 2pm. Any orders placed after 2pm cannot be fulfilled as we need to prepare schedules for the coming day.
- We’re not able to store suitcases or rucksacks or any customer luggage while you are visiting the factory due to lack of space and security risks. We advise leaving luggage either in your vehicle or at your hotel reception.
