A fantastic 2hr introduction to canoeing for your group along the Cromford Canal nr Matlock Bath.
Its just your group plus the instructor.
Its normally 2 people to a canoe though larger groups may need 3 people in a canoe.
A short leisurely journey on a calm canal to gain confidence with a few skills taught to keep you straight and in control with your partner.
Challenges and games can be set for those that require further challenge along the way.
Normally lots of wildlife to spot along the canal side.

Aimed as being a dry session apart from splashing / rain or pushing the Hen in!

ItineraryMeet and greet followed by kitting up with buoyancy aids. A full briefing on land of how to get control of the canoe followed by a short practice on the water. Then its off down the canal for our journey. We keep as a group stopping along the way to play a few games for those that wish to take part.

🧤 Warm Clothing - Dress appropriately for the weather conditions. Sun hat and suncream.
