THE CUPOLA CLUB – Flame-griddled butterflied chicken breast, dry cured griddled bacon, melted mature cheddar & mozzarella cheese, tomato, lettuce & mayonnaise, inside generous hand cut griddled artisan sourdough or multigrain bloomer bread.

HOMEMADE COLESLAW & SKIN ON FRIES

THE ORIGINAL BAKEWELL PUDDING – (not to be confused with any other Bakewell cake or tart!). Created in the 1800’s and made in Bakewell to the original recipe. An indulgent dessert that has stood the test of time. Comprising of buttery puff pastry case, topped with a layer of seedless strawberry jam and finished with a soft set custard of eggs, sugar and almonds. Served warm with fresh cream, Hope Valley Dairy vanilla ice cream, or custard.
