Carnival Day Road Race 1.45pm
Courtesy of Buxton and District Athletic Club, the Road Race is a great warm up just before the start of the big parade. Starting along Spring Gardens, finishing on the Market Place.
Carnival Parade 2pm
The parade will be led by the 2024 Buxton Well Dressing Queen accompanied by her Rosebud and Retinue. This huge, free to attend procession will include many assorted floats, marching bands, visiting queens, fancy dress characters and the Billerettes!
Parade of the Queens 4.15pm*
Queens from other locations will be welcomed by the Buxton Well Dressing Festival Queen with her Rosebud and Retinue, in the Pavilion Gardens.
Buxton Rotary Duck Race 4.15pm*
Buxton Rotary will be raising money for charity with their annual Duck Race
