This year marks the 75th anniversary of the Peak District National Park

The Peak District National Park marks its 75th anniversary in April 2026 with special activities including guided walks and hikes that honour the park’s heritage and stunning landscapes. Throughout 2026 there are a whole host of events to enjoy across the Peak District to celebrate its history as Britain’s first national park.
