Cromford Steam Rally

Cromford Steam Rally is Derbyshire’s premier steam heritage and vintage rally set in the Derbyshire hills. Cromford Steam showcases the very best in our steam, transport and leisure industries, from steam traction engines, showmans engines, road rollers to vintage cars, motorcycles, and commercial lorries. You will also find a great selection of farming heritage on display including, vintage tractors, stationary engines and bygones. Our popular working plant area displays the very best in plant and machinery in their very own working field and our ever- increasing military display with living history groups, prove very popular. Cromford Steam Rally also has a fun filled fairground with old and new rides for all the family to enjoy.

Established in 1970 the show was held on Cromford meadows in the village of Cromford, but as the show grew, we moved to High Acres Farm, Dewey Lane Tansley, Brackenfield where it resides today.

There is lots for all the family to see and do at Cromford Steam Rally and every year the team strive to put on a different show with new exhibits to be enjoyed. And remember it’s not just vehicles at Cromford Steam Rally, we have children's entertainment, brass bands, market stalls, craft tent, models and miniatures and food and drink vendors.
