This ancient custom is unique to Derbyshire and is the art of decorating springs and wells with pictures made from natural materials.
The well site is on Carr Lane near the Miners Pub.
Blessing will be at 6.30pm on Friday 10 July.
Wells in the Making: July 6 to 9, various times in the Methodist Church at the junction of Carr Lane and Holmesfield Road. Contact Mrs Angela Barrass 01246 416915 for further details.
