Heath Well Dressing
Well Dressing is a Derbyshire tradition where communities create floral mosaics around wells, blending art & nature to celebrate water, & heritage.

Heath Well Dressing will be in the village hall garden, in Heath, near Chesterfield.
The preparation will start with Claying on the 11th July and continue throughout the subsequent week at various times in Heath Village Hall on Main Street.
It will be erected on the morning of the 18th July and will most likely be blessed sometime early that afternoonstarting at All Saints Church. The Well Dressing will then be on display through the following week, up to and including Saturday 25th July.
We hope to have scarecrows again throughout the village, and will have refreshments available in the village hall during the Well Dressing week, usually up until lunchtime on the Saturday 25th.
Heath is located just north of the A6175, about 0.5 km west of Junction 29 of the M1.
