Well Dressings are a unique and ancient Derbyshire tradition consisting of pictures made of flowers, petals and leaves pressed into clay-covered boards.
Making Well Dressings: Sat 16 August to Wed 20 August, 10.00 to 18.00.
Well Dressing available to view: Fri 22nd August to Sunday 7th September. Open 24hrs - Well dressing is lit at night
The Well Dressings are on Cotton Mill Hill, Holymoorside, S42 7EJ, they are located adjacent to the River Hipper at the bottom of Cotton Mill Hill, next to the UR Chapel, 100m East of The Bull Pub. What3Words: ///crypt.garden.producing
Our well dressings are made in the open on site, so are available to view 24 hours a day from when we start.
