Matlock Town Councillors have made the difficult decision to postpone today's Christmas Parade and Light Switch-On due to the current poor weather, set to worsen significantly over the afternoon. More details about rearrangement will follow on Monday. Many apologies, and thankyou.
Event starts at 1:00pm at Hall Leys Park Bandstand
Live Music from Gervase Mccarron, Sticky Bones Jones, The Dustbowl Orphans and more!
Food & Refreshments, Tombola, Lumsdale Cheesecakes and more stalls.
Parade at 5:00 featuring League of Zeal MCC, The Bonsall Red Barrows and more!
Light Switch-On at 5:30.
Santa’s Grotto will be on hand thanks to Derwent Valley Lions, Lumsdale Cheesecakes and Matlock Rotary Club will be providing refreshments.
