Zink Friendship Walk
Everyone is welcome to join us for our weekly leisurely stroll around Buxton’s beautiful Pavilion Gardens and Serpentine Walk (a secluded extension of the Pavilion Gardens).

An ideal opportunity to engage in some light exercise, chat with fellow walkers, make new friends and enjoy the fresh air in stunning surroundings.
We meet in front of Buxton’s swimming pool at 10.30am every Tuesday and follow various routes around the park, walking for about 1.5 miles on level, well maintained tarmac paths with a few gentle inclines. Our walk lasts for about 30/40 minutes. Then, after then walk, we head up to Zink’s café for well deserved refreshments!

Meet: Buxton Swimming Pool entrance in The Pavilion Gardens.
- The walks are led by trained, experienced walk leaders and are FREE of charge.
- Service dogs are allowed but need to be kept on a short lead.
- No specific equipment or clothing is needed but it is advised to wear comfortable footwear and clothing, suitable for the day’s weather.
- We also go on regular outings in a minibus during the spring and summer months so check with Zink we are meeting in the Pavilion Gardens that week before setting out.
