This special Chatsworth and Austen-themed embroidery workshop will be led by Derbyshire-based embroidery artist, Abigail Rose Creative.
Under expert guidance, learn a pastime practised by the 'most accomplished' of Mr Darcy's society in the Regency era.
In this workshop, you'll use time-honoured techniques and learn essential embroidery stitches to create your own Austen-inspired hoop.
This bespoke design features florals growing from the pages of an open book, surrounded by Pride and Prejudice's famous opening line, "It is a truth universally acknowledged...".
