Free tours 22nd and 23rd March 2025
For the weekend you can join one of our tours for free whether it’s the longer Mill Manager’s Tour or the shorter Arkwright Experience you will learn more about the fascinating history of Cromford Mills, experience the innovations of Sir Richard Arkwright, and discover how Cromford Mills changed the world, and shaped the way we all live and work.

The Arkwright Society will be taking part in National Lottery Open Week with a special offer, as detailed above, to National Lottery players who provide proof of purchase.
This offer will run on 22–23 March. Booking in advance is not required.
Offer redeemable by: one adult and accompanying children under the age of 16. Tickets only valid on the day of claim.
If you have specific timings, your offer is taking place outside of the date range or you have particular terms relating to the date/time, enter it here: Mill Managers Tours (longer) are at 11.30 and 2pm and the Arkwright Experience (Shorter) is at 1pm. Please go to the Mill Yard Shop to claim your free ticket. All National Lottery games (including National Lottery draw-based games and National Lottery scratchcards) purchased in store and online/via app qualify to redeem this offer. Proof of purchase of a National Lottery game can be either hard copy ticket or digital.
