This offer allows everyone included in your original booking to visit together again and again for just £5 per person during the off-peak winter season!*
On redeeming your original booking at the Kiosk / Jungle Gift Shop, you will be issued with a paper receipt. Keep this receipt safe as you will need to produce it along with your original booking reference at every future return visit you make during the promotional period in order to receive the discounted admission.

Terms & Conditions
- The Festive Fiver offer applies to any original booking made online via our website or in person during the promotional off-peak winter period of Saturday 19 October 2024 – Thursday 13 February 2025.
- £5 return visits can be booked in advance online via the link (entering your original booking reference) or purchased as a walk-up admission and must be redeemed between Sunday 20 October 2025 and Friday 14 February 2025.
- The £5 admission per person offer only applies to the same number of visitors included in the original booking or less. Any additional persons attending will be charged at our full current admission price and can be booked separately online via the general admission category. The offer can be used more than once.
- You will need to produce both your new £5 ticket booking reference and your original booking printed receipt and booking reference each time on entry for the offer to be valid.
- Any add-ons (such as animal feed bundles, picnic boxes etc) purchased on your original full-priced booking are not transferable. If you require any extra items alongside you £5 return tickets these should be paid for and added to your booking online each time.
- This offer is not transferable to another person and has no monetary value. If your original receipt is lost or damaged the offer will not be valid.
- If you received a complimentary visit from us, you will not be eligible for this offer.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. No extensions will be considered.
- Members - this offer applies to any full-paying guests accompanied on your booking.
- The Tropical Butterfly House reserves the right to refuse admission, amend or alter the conditions of issue associated with the Festive Fiver Return Visit offer or to withdraw the promotion entirely without any prior notification.
