Escape to the country and enjoy stunning views of the Derbyshire White Peak landscape from our cosy and contemporary self-catering log cabins. Our working farm offers plenty of outdoor space, with footpaths and trails from the doorstep, or simply delight in the tranquillity and watch the wildlife. No need to overload the car as all four log cabins are superbly equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday experience; a real home from home.

Our cosy log cabins are between Ashbourne, Bakewell and Matlock and near to Carsington Water, Dovedale, and Chatsworth House, an ideal central base for family and larger group get-togethers.

Accessible log cabins

Three cabins are wheelchair accessible with spacious wet room showers, electric profile beds and rise and recline armchairs. To make life easy for guests with disabilities there is a wide range of additional equipment available free of charge.

A warm welcome

A warm welcome awaits from owners David and Felicity Brown, including little extras; from delicious homemade bread and oatie biscuits and our own free-range eggs to eco-friendly hand soaps. There is a small onsite shop selling local produce.

Treat yourselves

Holidays are made of memories, so why not indulge yourself with something extra special? Treat yourself to a fun evening creating and cooking your own pizzas in the outdoor oven, enjoy a star-studded view of the dark skies from the hot tub, relax in the log-fired sauna or toast marshmallows round the firepit. We can help organise extras for your special occasion, such as celebration cakes, flowers, spa treatments and more.

Enjoy an eco-stay

Hoe Grange Holidays has been awarded the Peak District Environmental Quality Mark and Green Tourism Gold Award for its sustainable efforts. Electricity is generated on site by wind and solar renewable systems. As an added bonus you can charge your electric car for free during your stay!

Pets welcome

Dogs of all shapes and sizes welcome and you can even bring your own horse on holiday!

Cycling

If you want to explore the countryside by bicycle we have two adult mountain bikes for loan or you can hire our electric bikes to whizz up the hills with ease. For those who wish to bring their own bicycles there is a secure cycle shelter and maintenance stand for repairs.

Glamping

Hoe Grange Holidays also offers two luxury glamping pods with ensuite facilities and a vintage gypsy caravan.
