A fascinating boat ride through the workings of a 200-year-old lead mine in the heart of the Peak District National Park. It culminates in a magnificent cathedral-like cavern containing the awe-inspiring Bottomless Pit, a huge subterranean lake. The boat trips are fully supervised by experienced guides and take you deep inside the limestone hill to the 'Bottomless Pit'.
Set at the foot of the spectacular Winnats Pass, high above the village of Castleton, Speedwell Cavern takes you on an incredible underground boat journey.
