World-class theatre, right on your doorstep!
Following the huge success of Make Good: The Post Office Scandal in Tideswell, Pentabus Theatre returns with Birdcatcher, a darkly funny and sharply observed coming-of-age story from award-winning playwright Laura Waldren.
It's hard to figure out a future when everyone around you thinks there isn't one.
Set inside an apocalyptic religious group in East Yorkshire, Birdcatcher follows a teenage girl trying to find her own voice in a world where everyone believes the end is just around the corner.
Directed by BAFTA-winning Artistic Director Elle While, this world premiere production brings some of the most exciting talent in British theatre to Tideswell.
