    Christmas at Calke is open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from Friday 6 December until Sunday 22 December. Christmas at Calke will also be open on Monday 23 December. Calke Abbey is closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

    Here’s a round-up of all things Christmas at Calke this year, so you can get the most from your visit:

    • Join the festive fairs in the Riding School from 10am – 6.30pm.
    • See the House and St Giles Church decked for Christmas from 11am – 3.30pm (last entry 3pm).
    • Bump into Father Christmas and Mrs Claus on your travels from 2pm – 6pm.
    • Explore Calke lit up in festive lights from 4pm – 6.30pm.

    Inspired by Nature’s Home, we’re highlighting the animals and plants that live at Calke with a whimsical touch this Christmas.

    As darkness settles, admire Calke lit up in festive lights and discover these friendly creatures dotted along a trail around the Pleasure Grounds and St Giles Church.
