Well Dressing is the art of decorating springs or wells with pictures made of natural products.
The Blessing is on June 29, 2:00p.m. (St Alkmund’s Well) starting in St Mary’s Bridge Chapel; (Arboretum) in the Community Garden
Wells in the Making: June 23 to 27, during the day (Arboretum dressings) in Grove Lodge at the Derby Arboretum
Note: A dressing at St Alkmund’s Well takes place on a different date.

Well Dressings
A number of dressings on two separate occasions:
- 1. St Alkmund’s Well at the junction of Bath Street and Well Street
- 2. Arboretum Well Dressings up to five dressings, initially in the Community Garden near Loudon Lodge in Derby Arboretum. May be moved to the Orangery depending on weather conditions. Only accessible when the Arboretum is open (8:00a.m. to 9:00p.m. in June and July)
