Step into the darkness and join Lady Ember, your Victorian guide this Halloween!
Back once again in the historic village of Castleton, where every corner has a story to tell.
Hear the tales from beyond the grave with another year of brand new stories in this entertaining and immersive hour-long tour. From a ghostly maid of Goosehill Hall to market place punishments, Daft Sammy the tour guide, to black hearted Harry, the highway man and his execution and more.
Your guided walk will take you past centuries old inns and buildings. All situated beneath the impressive Peveril Castle. Although not guaranteed there is always the possibility of a ghostly encounter, after all, it is Halloween!
Meet at Castleton Market Place. Tours last approximately 60-70 minutes and will take place outside. Dogs are welcome on a lead, lanterns welcomed to add to the atmosphere. Tours rated PG, reference to historic and macabre facts.
