    Open Garden and Rare Plant Fair at Derby Botanic Garden

    25 acres of beautiful Victorian gardens to explore, plus the opportunity to buy choice, unusual, and fabulously grown plants from specialist nurseries and plant sellers.

    Derby Botanic Garden - Open Garden and Rare Plant FairEntry £5 per person (cash preferred) - children free25 acres of historical and educational gardens and woodlands to explore, with free mini garden tours available throughout the day.Plant fair stalls include Three Pool Nursery with ornamental trees, shrubs, fruit and exotics, and D K Plants with alpines and perennials, many rare and unusual. The Plant Centre will be open, plus a number of external plant sellers selling plants such as carnivorous, tropical, fuchsia, cacti and succulents.There will be a volunteer-run pop up tearoom serving tea and cake, and restaurant serving fresh sandwiches.Please note there is uneven and slippery ground in places.
