Summer Pride & Prejudice Ball

Don gowns and breeches and step into Jane Austen's classic novel for a summer evening of Regency dancing and dinner.

About

14th June 2025 - 15th June 2025 7:30 pm - 1:00 am

Immerse yourself in Chatsworth's 'Pride and Prejudice' themed Summer ball, falling on the same weekend as the 'Celebrating Jane Austen' event.

Begin the evening with drinks and canapes served in the Painted Hall followed by the opportunity to explore the north wing, which includes the Library, the Great Dining Room and the Sculpture Gallery. Both the Painted Hall and Sculpture Gallery were featured in Joe Wright's 2005 film adaptation of 'Pride and Prejudice' starring Keira Knightley and Matthew Macfadyen.

Afterwards, experience a three-course dinner and Regency-style dancing in the Carriage House, in the Palladian style Grade I listed Stables.
