Enjoy a walkthrough of the textile objects in the Gorgeous Nothings exhibition, selected by curator Allegra Presenti.

In this tour, led by Textiles Curator Susie Stokoe, you'll explore objects from the Devonshire Collection including lace collars, accessories and dresses, the oyster pink butterfly gown made for Duchess Amanda by Alessandro Michele for Gucci in 2017, a costume made for Duchess Evelyn in 1889 and a contemporary piece by Christopher Kane (dubbed by Vogue as the “Willy Wonka of fashion”) from his 2015 autumn winter collection. You’ll also look at the stunning loaned dress from the collection of two time winner of designer of the year, Hussein Chalayan.
