Set against the stunning backdrop of one of the UK's premier climbing destinations, you’ll learn everything you need to become a self-sufficient lead climber on bolted sport climbing routes. With a low instructor-to-student ratio, we provide focused, personalised coaching to build your skills progressively. Our expert instructors will guide you through a comprehensive 'toolbox' of sport climbing techniques, tailored to give you the confidence and competence to climb independently. Throughout the course, you'll cover: Route selection and assessing climbs Efficient clipping and rope management Safe lead belaying techniques Managing falls and building confidence on lead Threading anchors and lowering off safely The Peak District is home to an incredible variety of single pitch sport climbs, making it the ideal location to practise and refine your lead climbing skills.
