Outdoor Rock Climbing Taster Day with Pure Outdoor

Pure Outdoor's Rock Climbing Taster Day is a 1-day introduction to outdoor climbing on the gritstone crags of the Peak District, priced at £109 per person with a maximum instructor to participant ratio of 1:6. The course requires no prior experience and is suitable for complete beginners and those who have climbed indoors and want to try real rock for the first time. Participants meet at The Adventure Hub in Bamford, Hope Valley, before heading out to climb at iconic Peak District venues including Stanage Edge, Burbage Rocks and Froggatt Edge. All technical equipment is provided including harness, helmet and rock shoes, and the day includes complimentary use of our climbing wall and refreshments afterwards. By the end of the day, participants will be able to safely tie in, belay a partner, and climb a range of outdoor routes.
