Yorkshire Bridge Inn

Situated in the beautiful Upper Derwent Valley in the Peak District National Park, The Yorkshire Bridge Inn is located just a short stroll from Ladybower Reservoir. Taking it’s name from the nearby bridge, the pub welcomes guests with it’s lovely country feel and great food & drink offer.

Guests can enjoy fabulous walks from the door in this spectacular location. Hike around the dams, famous for the Dambuster training runs and the flooded villages, or maybe have a shorter stroll to take in the view of Ladybower and the extraordinary plugholes. The more energetic can climb Win Hill or Bamford Edge for the wonderful views and rugged terrain.

The inn has a welcoming & cosy main bar, where there’s a great collection of memorabilia telling the fascinating history of the area, and a relaxed conservatory and dining room. There’s also an outdoor courtyard and a lovely sun terrace patio.

Our chefs use fresh regional produce as much as possible, from local suppliers who we know and trust. Our nearest supplier is so local they are able to catch delicious Ladybower trout and deliver it to us on foot! Our menu offers a broad selection, with something to suit everybody, and is complimented by locally brewed ales, craft draught, Derbyshire gins and a great choice of wines.

We host family get togethers and group functions. Our overnight accommodation consists of fourteen en-suite rooms which are located in a separate part of the building to the main inn. Guests bringing cycles can store them in our locked storage area and use our bike repair station.
