Ladybower Fisheries

Ladybower Fisheries is quite possibly the premier UK fly fishing venue made special by its location in the heart of the Peak District National Park. Alongside the acclaimed strong fighting qualities of the Rainbow, Blue and wild Brown trout (some in excess of 20lbs), we have a full range of facilities available, whether it’s fishing from over 13 miles of bank, our fully powered boats or from float tubes. All this and a well stocked fishing tackle shop. The Peak District is a fantastic location with plenty to see and do for the non-angler, so the entire family can be well catered for.

Now with Troy Chadwick, our in-house disability co-ordinator alongside the outstanding support of the British Disabled Angling Association (BDAA), the dedicated team of qualified staff and volunteers at Ladybower have become the number one destination for accessible fishing in the UK.

The BDAA Accessibility Fishing Hub at Ladybower Fisheries is strengthening year after year with site improvements and activities. The accessible boats and pontoon provide coached fishing support for disabled people, their families and friends to socially integrate disabled and non-disabled people within angling.
