Canoe Trips – from family friendly canals to negotiating the rapids down the River Derwent. Learn to get control of your canoe and enjoy the countryside from it. All based nr Matlock. Set times and days - please check and book on the website!

Kayaking trips – A relaxed kayak hire journey using tandem sit on top kayaks experience along the Cromford Canal, easier to control than a canoe, with instruction given at the start and an instructor to assist getting on and off the water. Set times and days - please check and book on the website!

Caving Trips – why not explore underground a labyrinth of cave or lead mine passageways hidden beneath your feet! Real adventure discovering how the cave or mine was formed whilst squeezing, scrambling or crawling your way through. Spot baby stalagmites and Stalactites too. Abseiling Trips - Adrenaline guaranteed! Jump off the 80ft Millers Dale Bridge based half way between Bakewell and Buxton. Alternatively descend down a rock face nr Matlock – both an exhilarating challenge in lowering yourself down to the floor safely at either location. (safety rope attached at all times!).
