Canoe Trips – from family friendly canals to negotiating the rapids down the River Derwent. Learn to get control of your canoe and enjoy the countryside from it. All based nr Matlock.

Kayaking trips – A relaxed canoeing experience along the Cromford Canal, easier to control than a canoe, with instruction given at the start and instructor on the water.

Caving Trips – why not explore underground a labyrinth of cave or lead mine passageways hidden beneath your feet! Real adventure discovering how the cave or mine was formed whilst squeezing, scrambling or crawling your way through. Spot baby stalagmites and Stalactites too. From muddy and wet experiences to dry depending on location chosen.

Abseiling Trips - Adrenaline guaranteed! Jump off the 80ft Millers Dale Bridge based half way between Bakewell and Buxton. Alternatively descend down a rock face nr Matlock – an exhilarating challenge in lowering yourself down to the floor safely at either location. (safety rope attached at all times!)
