Nestled on the edge of the beautiful Peak District National Park, the historic Red Lion restaurant boasts a warm, friendly, relaxed atmosphere serving a fresh and local menu. The eggs are delivered directly from the owner’s farm Walton Lodge, and our bread is baked daily in-house. Learn more about the farm here.
The Red Lion is a relaxed space to eat, drink, and tuck into seasonal dishes, freshly prepared using local produce.
Be it a summer evening gathering the last of the day’s sunshine or a cosy winter night in front of an open log fire with menus to compliment, the Red Lion provides the perfect escape to create memories to treasure.
