Festive Walk and Lunch from Hathersage - Peak District

Join me for a long loop from Hathersage, followed by a festive lunch at The George.

Discover the delights of Hathersage and Grindleford on this 14km loop across moorland, woodland, and riverside paths.

The hike starts at Oddfellows Road car park in Hathersage, with an immediate ascent out of the village to Higger Tor (434m) and Hathersage Moor. From here we enjoy a gentle descent through Granby Wood and Padley Gorge towards Grindleford. Finally, we make our way back to Hathersage, following the River Derwent along the Derwent Valley Heritage Way.

We'll be rewarded with a festive 2-course lunch at The George in Hathersage (not included in ticket price).

This is not included in the ticket price and will need to be paid separately.
