A free timed 5k event for participants to run or walk through Manor Park, Glossop. Delivered entirely by volunteers.

Part of the international parkrun movement, Glossop parkrun follows a 5k route on a combination of tarmac and easy woodland paths, with a couple of gentle inclines. Dog friendly (a maximum of one dog per person on a short handheld lead). Unfortunately not wheelchair accessible, other than for volunteers.
A FREE event - Register at parkrun.co.uk/register to have your time recorded.
Every Saturday. Start 9am until you finish, meet at Manor Park.
