Peak Walking - Bleaklow Guided Walk
This is a guided walk with wilderness and history, including a visit to the 1948 crash site of a US Superfortress bomber and the summit of Derbyshire’s second highest plateau.

During the walk your guide will share the plane’s history in a wild and rugged environment with ancient peat land, a deep, beautiful gorge, and the chance to see mountain hares.
Distance: 9.5 miles/16 km.
Ascent: 1942ft/592m of ascent.
Difficulty: Moderate.
Great For: New and experienced hill walkers.
