Come and join us at the famous Tansley Scarecrow event, a much‑loved community and charity event that brings the village to life with creativity, humour and a great sense of local spirit. Each year, residents and groups design imaginative scarecrows that pop up around the village, delighting visitors of all ages and creating plenty of smile‑worthy moments. It’s a relaxed, cheerful event that offers fantastic visuals and a genuine feel‑good story rooted in community involvement.
The Scarecrow trail date is Sunday 12 July | 9am–3pm , with refreshments, homemade cakes and trail maps available to buy on the day.
