A rewarding day of walking along the iconic southern edge of Kinder Scout, Mam Tor Ridge and Win Hill in the Peak District.
Suitable for experienced walkers who are looking for a challenge in terms of distance and elevation. We will walk uphill from Edale on to Kinder Scout and from Hope on to Win Hill, as well as walking on undulating terrain all day.
Expect to be out for at least 10 hours, including breaks. We will walk at a steady pace and stay together throughout the day, so this event isn't for the speedy walkers. You will need to carry plenty of water and suitable equipment for the weather on the day, in a supportive and comfortable backpack.
