About Mindful Waterways Walk - River at Chatsworth

Caroline Cook from Well With Nature leads a mindful walk designed to help you slow down and immerse your senses in the peace and beauty of the waterways.
For this walk you are invited to join a slow sensory stroll in Chatsworth Parkland by the River Derwent. Caroline will lead us through guided mindfulness as we connect deeply with the natural world around us. Taking time to immerse the senses in nature, letting go of anything that is no longer serving us as we contemplate the patterns and sounds of the water, the variety of wildlife, with Chatsworth House as our backdrop. There will be opportunity for optional circle sharing on our observations and reflections.
