Ashbourne Camping Cabin

Our cosy Camping Cabin is perfect if you are looking for glamping accommodation in the Peak District. Occupying a south-facing position overlooking a grassy paddock, the Cabin sleeps up to 4 people. There is a ramped access, wide doorways, accessible kitchen and a level entry shower wet room making it completely self-contained suitable for active wheelchair users too. The Camping Cabin has a TV/DVD and central heating so it is warm and comfortable whatever time of the year you choose to visit.The paddock to the side of the cabin has space for 3 medium tents to pitch making it ideal for a family get together where campers and non-campers can stay together (tent campers will be charged at normal rates). As a Camping Cabin visitor you also have access to all the facilities and playing fields.Known locally as the gateway to Dovedale, Ashbourne is a beautiful market town with independent shops and cafes. Located at the southern end of the Peak District National Park, it provides a great base from which to explore and enjoy the many marked footpaths and cycle trails. The Tissington Trail is a 13 mile cycle, walking and bridleway along an old railway track connecting Ashbourne with Parsley Hay. Carsington Water is just a short drive from the site and provides a range of activities including cycling and watersports.
