Wheeldon Trees Cottages

Wheeldon Trees Cottages is a beautiful retreat of 10 luxury cottages nestled in 12 acres of Peak District National Park. It's a finalist in the Visit Peak District and Derbyshire Tourism Awards 2023 for best self-catering accommodation. Each cottage is beautifully decorated and in 2022 four were totally renovated including new bathrooms, kitchens and furnishings.

Views from the cottages stretch to Chrome Hill and Dragon’s Back. Wheeldon Trees offers so much more than just a holiday cottage. There is an honesty shop, free EV charging, wifi throughout, an outdoor children’s play area, a newly refurbished games room, a luxury office to use for business, free electric bikes to explore the local area (updated in November 2022) and a laundry room. Every guest receives a Wheeldon Trees tote bag containing milk, eggs, butter, High Wheeldon Rising filter coffee, tea bags, fruit cake and chocolate lollipops. All cottages feature toiletries from The White Company and you can order delicious food and drink deliveries straight to your cottage from a partnership with Sauced Here. In-cottage wellness treatments can be booked during your stay with our partners The Feelgood Pamper Company.

Wheeldon Trees is a year-round holiday destination in the heart of England. Ideal for couples, families and friends, the 10 cottages sleep 36 people in total and are a brilliant base for cyclists and walkers. Wheeldon Trees is perfect for family gatherings and we can also host tipi and marquee weddings.

There are three dog-friendly cottages - Critchlow, Ollerenshaw and Lomas.
