Christmas VW Camper & Classic Convoy with Christmas Market at Swadlincote

Alternative festive entertainment in aid of a good cause

Be prepared for a fantastic evening of activities and entertainment when Central Aircooled Dubz bring their first ‘Christmas VW Camper & Classic Convoy Christmas Market’ to Swadlincote.

From 3.00pm you will find a host of trade and craft stalls, live entertainment, bars, local food vendors, children’s fairground rides, live music, and of course Santa with his sleigh.

Aimed at raising funds for local charity Miles for Smiles, a convoy of illuminated Classic VW Campervans and Beetles will arrive on the High Street from 4.00pm onwards. Judging for the best decorated vehicles will take place up to 5.30pm, when they will prepare to depart at 6.00pm.

After wending their way around Swadlincote, Overseal, Moira, Ashby, Woodville, Newhall, Brizlincote and Stapenhill, the convoy will reassemble on the High Street for 7.00pm when the competition prizes will be awarded.
