The Blessing is on September 19, 12:30p.m. starting in the Whitfield Community Centre on Ebenezer Street.
Note: after the first day, the dressings will be moved to other locations in the neighbourhood.
In 2025, there were five wells
- 1. Whitfield Cross Well several dressings at the historic well on Whitfield Cross
The dressings will be on display at the well for one day only, then moved to other sites in the area, including Whitfield St James’ CE Primary School, Saint Mary’s Catholic Voluntary Academy, and the headquarters of the 2nd Glossop Scout Group.
Glossop is located at the junction of the A57 with the A624.
